do you plan using the property for short breaks? .
do you like fun and nightlife handy? .

how important is privacy and not being overlooked? .

how important is it that you could sell quickly if necessary? .
how many bedrooms do you need? .

is a swimming pool essential? .
must the pool be private? .
would you consider a property with no outside space? .
would you be happy with only a balcony or terrace? .
