We hope you are delighted with your purchase from Retro Record Player Shop.

However, if for some reason you are not completely satisfied , please email us within seven days of delivery and we will try to rectify the problem .

All electrical items come with a 12 MONTH GUARANTEE and the supplier offers an in-house, UK based service department.

If you have problems with your purchase, we will try to sort it by putting you in touch with engineers at Steepletone.

If this does not sort the problem, a replacement will be sent, and the faulty item collected at the time of delivery.
